The Agent Portal is designed for staff who manage tickets in HappyFox, such as IT and Facilities teams.
If you're new to a department and require access, please first attempt to log in to the Agent Portal using SSO. After trying to sign in, if you still need access, submit a ticket at https://helpdesk.otis.edu/ requesting access to the Agent Portal. Be sure to include your department and position in the request.
To access the HappyFox agent portal, visit helpdesk.otis.edu and click "Agent Portal" in the top-right corner. Alternatively, you can use the direct link: helpdesk.otis.edu/staff. Please log in with your credentials.
