- For technical or facilities management support, submit a Helpdesk ticket.
- If you need help with website issues and updates related to otis.edu or any other Otis-managed site, please submit a Webteam Ticket.
- For Banner Access requests, submit a Banner User Access Request Form
- For Argos Report requests, submit an Argos Report Request Form.
- For help with the Nest and other teaching tools, contact the Teaching/Learning Center.
- For research support, including assistance with databases and citations, contact the Millard Sheets Library.
- For tutoring in writing, digital media, and art history, as well as other academic support services, contact the Student Learning Center.
