- Open the Zoom Desktop Client or go to the Zoom Web Client and log in with your credentials.
- Zoom Desktop Client download link https://zoom.us/download )
- Click Schedule
- Enter Meeting Details
- Meeting Details
- Topic: Give your meeting a title (e.g., "Team Check-In" or "Client Presentation").
- Date and Time: Choose when your meeting will occur and its duration.
- Recurring Meeting: If this meeting repeats, enable this option and set the recurrence pattern.
- Meeting ID
- Use either the Personal Meeting ID (PMI) or generate a new one for added security.
- Security Settings
- Passcode: Enable a passcode for your meeting (recommended).
- Waiting Room: Use the waiting room feature to control when participants join the meeting.
- Only Authenticated Users Can Join: Restrict access to users logged in to Zoom (optional).
- Video and Audio Settings
- Choose whether the host and participants’ video will be on or off when the meeting starts.
- Allow participants to connect via Telephone and Computer Audio for flexibility.
- Advanced Options
- Enable or disable options like allowing participants to join before the host, mute participants upon entry, or record the meeting automatically.
- Meeting Details
- Click Save to finalize
- Copy Invitation and send it via email.
