To request new or updated technology in the labs, please use the Faculty/Instructor Computer Lab Software + Hardware Request Form linked below.
All requests are evaluated by the Information Technology (IT) Department in coordination with the Provost’s Office and Finance.

Submission Deadline
All hardware requests must be submitted by March 1 each year to allow time for review and potential inclusion in the annual budget cycle.
When completing the form, please indicate whether you are requesting IT to cover the hardware cost or if your department will use its own budget to cover the cost.
Note: Late submissions may be deferred to the next fiscal planning cycle.
What Happens After You Submit Your Request
Once you submit your request:

A confirmation copy will be sent to the email address you provided.

Your department chair will receive the request for approval.

Approved requests are then forwarded to IT for evaluation.
Important Deadline and Notification Timeline

By July 1, IT will notify you of the approval status of your request.

If approved, your department will receive an estimated purchase date by the first week of July.

If not approved: IT will inform you of the next available review or planning cycle during the same notification period.
Please ensure that you submit your request on time so it can be reviewed and included in the July evaluation cycle. Once the requested hardware or software is received, it will be added and deployed according to our Computer Lab Hardware and Software Update Schedule.
