To access your office phone extension remotely using the UCx App:

1. Install UCx app (iOS, Android, macOS, & Windows )

 

 

UCx Desktop Client for Windows

UCx Desktop Client for MAC

UCx Android Client

Ucx Client for iOS

 

2. Login with your UCx credentials.

 

Your username is <your full 10 digit phone number>@otis.edu, so if your public number is 3106656801, your username is [email protected] 

 

The default password is 135790 (unless you had previously changed it).

 

 

3. Once connected using the app on your phone or computer, you will then be able to make and receive phone call on your laptop or mobile phone much like if you were using your desk phone.
