Adobe ID is required to access Creative Cloud in the Lab
print icon

Beginning Fall 2019, to use Adobe Software, you will need an Adobe account. These accounts do not cost anything and can be created at any time. You will not be able to run programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign until you make an account.

Otis IT support does not manage your Adobe ID and cannot reset passwords, recover lost accounts, or delete old accounts. All Adobe login and password resets can be completed through the Adobe login screen as seen below.

We recommend signing up for an account before heading to the computer lab at

https://accounts.adobe.com/

To Create an Adobe ID

  1. Launch any Adobe Creative Cloud application installed on the Lab computers. You will be prompted to sign in.
  2. If you have your personal Adobe ID you may use it  to login. If you don't have an Adobe ID,

click "Get an Adobe ID" to sign up for one

( They can also use the Facebook/Google processes to create/login to the account as well.)

  1. The email address can be either your own address (EG: yahoo/google) or an Otis email address; and then fill in the form then click "Sign up" to create your Adobe ID.

  1. Remember it is good practice to sign out of your Adobe account before logging out of the computer.
