If you were just (re)hired, you are in the process of being assigned access to the Otis Dashboard - please wait until after midnight when the automated steps for your account are processed.
If you have seen the error more than one day, feel free to create a ticket (upper left of this page) and include your:
- Otis or Personal email
- Personal phone number, if preferred.
Usually, this error appears because the student is no longer enrolled or is in the process or being enrolled (during the summer months).
The Otis Dashboard is available to currently enrolled students, and in this case you will need to call the Admissions and/or OneStop departments first. They can check your enrollment status, or help you obtain the legal documents and grades you are seeking from the Dashboard pages.
