Solution:

1. Click the speaker icon in the task bar ( upper right corner ) and select Crestron.

( If the speaker icon is not in the task bar, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Sound , then click Output )

2. Now use the Media Volume on the Crestron touch panel to adjust the audio level.

3. If the above steps don't work, press Mute and then Unmute to reset audio.
