Managing Content on Campus Digital Screens

The IT department is responsible for setting up and managing the functionality of digital displays around campus. However, IT does not control the content displayed on these screens. Different departments and groups are responsible for managing their respective content.

  • Screens near elevators – Managed by the Communications and Marketing team.
  • Screens in Elaine’s Café – Display content from Bon Appetit's menu pages.
  • Screens on departmental floors – Generally controlled by the respective department.

IT does not have a centralized method to add content to these screens without overriding the content being managed by these groups. If you need updates or changes to a specific screen, please contact the appropriate department responsible for that display.
