We do not offer refunds for print errors caused by incorrect formatting, design issues, or any errors within the project files. We strongly recommend reviewing your project thoroughly to ensure formatting, layout, and content accuracy before printing.

If the print error was caused by the printer, like a printer Jam or other printer-related defects, we will gladly provide a full refund. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the print date. For refund requests involving poor output quality (i.e. illegible text due to low toner), please send a scanned images or pictures of the document to [email protected]

Limitations

Please note that refunds or reprints are not available for minor color differences or slight variations in print quality, as these are typical effects of the printing process.

Legitimate Reasons for Refunds

  • Paper jams
  • Toner smears or streaks
  • Low toner resulting in unacceptable print quality
  • Other printer-related defects

Illegitimate Reasons for Refunds

  • Accidental printing or printing the wrong document
  • If pages print upside down as a result of not selecting correctly to flip on Long or Short Edge (  Flip on Long Edge: The document will print double-sided and the pages will flip on the long edge. This is the choice normally made when the pages are printed in Portrait orientation. Flip on Short Edge: The document will print double-sided and the pages will flip on the short side )
  • Printing more copies/pages than intended
  • Printing one page per sheet when multiple pages per sheet were intended
  • Printing duplex when single-sided was intended, and vice versa
  • Printing in color when black & white was intended
  • Print errors resulting from user mistakes

Tips for Reducing Errors

  • Avoid printing directly from a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Instead, open your project in a dedicated application like Acrobat for PDFs.
  • For multi-page documents, print only the first one or two pages as a test before printing the entire document.
  • Use “Print Preview” to confirm that the correct content and pages are set to print.
  • Double-check printing preferences to ensure printer settings (such as duplex, single-sided, odd/even pages, or specific page selections) are correctly configured.
  • Promptly retrieve your print jobs to prevent mix-ups.
