When submitting a ticket to provision a MAC address or transfer a computer to a different department, please include the following details:
For WiFi provisioning, please provide the following details:
- Hostname
- MAC address
- User name
- Department
- Room number
- Wall port number
If swapping computers, include the above details for both the old and new computers.
For WiFi provisioning, please provide the following details:
- Hostname
- MAC address
- User name
- Department
- Network SSID (e.g., OC_LP, OC_AC, OC_CT)
MAC address format for all requests: 012345abcdef (no colons, spaces, or dashes).
