Downloading and Installing an App from Otis App Services

1. If you have received a notification that your app request has been approved, please click on the Otis App Services icon in your dock or Applications folder and sign in with your Otis username and password.

 

 

2. At the home page, navigate to the "Applications" section and click on it. Here you will find approved applications listed alphabetically. You can scroll to locate your app, or use the search field at the top of the sidebar.

 

 

3. Click the button labeled "Install" below the app to begin the installation process. You will then see a spinning indicator below the app if the install has begun. While you are browsing, feel free to also install any of the other available applications. 

 

**Please note: Some apps can take a few minutes or more to install and you may notice the spinning indicator below the app disappears. Please click the Install button only once and give it at least 5 to 10 minutes to complete before attempting to install again**

 

 

4. If the app has installed successfully, you will see a notification in the upper right hand corner of your screen. You will then be able to find your app in your "Applications" folder on your computer.
