Requesting an App

1. To request an app, click on the Otis App Services icon in your dock or applications folder and log in with your Otis username and password.

 

 

2. "Request an App" will be the first visible icon you see. Click on this icon to continue.

 

 

3. When prompted, sign in with your single sign on credentials again to access the web-form.

 

4. Fill out your name, Otis email, department, the name of the application you are requesting, and any other notes or pertinent information you would like to include. 

 

 

5. If Approved, you will receive an email letting you know the app is now available. Once you have received the notification, the app will appear in the "Applications" section of Otis App Services, where you will be able to install it on your own.

**Please note: not all requests will be approved and not all applications can be distributed via Otis App Services. However, feel free to request software / applications you would like have available and we will do our best to accommodate you**
