On your web browser go to https://webmail.otis.edu or https://outlook.office365.com/mail/.

 

Log in using your Otis Login credentials

 

If you get the following pop-up window click Continue

 

If you get the following window, go to your Authenticator app and approve the sign in.

 

If you get the "Stay signed in?" pop-up window and you are on a public or shared device click No.

 

You should now be logged into Outlook 365.

 

 

In the top right corner of the window click your name, then click "Open another mailbox".

 

In the "Open another mailbox" pop-up window, type in the shared mailbox name or email address and click Open.

 

Congratulations! If you have permissions to access that shared mailbox it should open in a new window.
