Before returning your Mac laptop or desktop to OTIS IT at the end of your employment, please ensure you sign out of iCloud and Find My.

To sign out of iCloud

1. Choose Apple menu > System Settings.
2. Click your name, then click Sign Out.

3. If you want to a keep a copy of your iCloud data on your Mac before you sign out, make sure that you select the appropriate checkboxes. Then click Keep a Copy.
4. In macOS Ventura or earlier, if you want to keep a copy of your Safari passwords on your Mac, click Keep on This Mac. For more info click here
