Eject Key unavailable on Sony Blu Ray BDP-s3200.

Hold down the EJECT and POWER buttons on the DVD Player simultaneously until you see a message saying DEMO MODE OFF (or something similar). Let go of the buttons when you see that message, and the tray will eject/open. Again.
