When having connectivity issues for ResNet or Apogee in Residence Hall please follow the following guidelines:

We understand that the lack of internet is an issue to our residents and we apologize for the inconvenience is has caused. As a reminder, the campus has Wi-Fi separate from the Residence Hall that you may use. It will not connect through the building due to the structure of the Residence Hall, but utilizing the Owl Lounge, empty classes, the library, the Commons, etc. you may access the free Wi-Fi.

Please do not submit work orders to the HelpDesk as they are not the technicians who can resolve the issue.  Please continue to report to Apogee directly using the methods below. This helps their technician to resolve the issue:
